Mr. Sam Y.C. Kwan has more than twelve years financial experience in external audit, taxation, accounting and corporate finance. He has experience in international business and has been involved in foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategy implementation. Mr. Kwan is a Chartered Accountant who has practiced at major accounting firms, most recently at BDO Dunwoody LLP. Mr. Kwan is a director and Audit Committee Chairman of the TSX-V listed company Kam and Ronson Media Group Inc., President of Horwath Leebosh Global Advisors, Inc., the Asia Pacific corporate finance division of Horwath Leebosh Appel LLP, which provides financial advisory services to Chinese, Hong Kong and other Pacific Rim entities.

Mr. Chan currently holds the position of Executive Director at Harmony Asset Limited, a Toronto Stock Exchange and Hong Kong listed (TSX: HAR) (HKEX: 428) investment company offering extensive exposure to China. Mr. Chan has over 30 years of accounting and management experience and obtained his MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, Scotland. Mr. Chan is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, as well as a member of the Certified General Accounts' Association of Canada.

A Professional Mining Engineer, Mr. Cook has more than 45 years of extensive experience in all facets of mining development, operations and management. Currently Mr. Cook is the President and CEO of Firebird Resources Inc. and a director of Strategic Resources Inc., Southern Andes Energy Inc., Cerro Resources Inc., Nord Resources Corp., and Homeland Uranium Inc. Past positions include President of San Anton Resources, Chairman of Premier Gold and Chairman of Wolfden Resources Inc.

And now Christopher is acting as the Advisor for The China High Growth Fund under due diligence with heavy emphasis on mining and resource companies.
