Mr. Chan obtained his MBA degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, Scotland, U.K. Mr. Chan has over 30 years of accounting and management experience in the fields of industrial manufacturing, the service industry and academia. Professionally, Mr. Chan is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Chan also serves as a director of Medifocus Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange Listed company.

Mr. Aiello graduated from University of Minnesota in United States, and further earned a post-graduate degree in Derivatives and Risk Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has previously worked as the founder and Managing Director/CIO of two alternative investment management companies, Centurion Global Capital Group Ltd. and Genesis Capital Management Ltd. funds.
|Kelly Kim Weng Tong|
Mr. Kelly Kim Weng Tong was born in Malaysia. He holds degrees in Political Science BA (Hons) and Public Policy (Master of Public Policy) from Victoria University, New Zealand. He was a former senior officer in the New Zealand Trade Department and travelled overseas extensively representing the New Zealand Government in Trade Talks.
After leaving the public service, and over the years, Mr. Tong served in various capacities as an Adviser for high net worth individuals and also worked in the private sector, principally involved in advisory and business development in a variety of services and products. He held senior general management roles in New Zealand, Australian and US companies and has developed useful and close business contacts in the APAC region.
Mr. Tong has working experience in the public and private sectors. He has also been involved in business takeovers, advisory for start ups, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions. He was a key member of a consulting team that worked with Mainland Chinese companies, helping them go public in Singapore, Korea, and Frankfurt.
Mr. Tong was also involved in advising and sourcing mineral resources for his clients -- in particular coal and iron ore supplies.
Being an ex New Zealand trade official, Mr. Tong understands market dynamics, identifying areas of weakness, and formulating and implementing appropriate solutions.
Mr. Tong was a former director of a Hong Kong listed company, Harmony Asset Limited, having served on its board for 17 years. He was also a member of the Audit Committee of that company.
Ms. Vivian Yan earned her MBA from London Business School in the UK and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Economics from Smith College in the US. Ms. Yan has over a decade of experience in Financial Services. She has worked with major financial institutions such as Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank. Her experience within the industry ranges from direct investment, corporate finance, relationship management, operational risk to trade finance. She also served as board directors and consultants to a number of companies, providing fund raising and strategic advice.
